Hi success💪🏻! This lesson I learned during my holiday in Croatia 🇭🇷 last 3 weeks (Recap week1):

In the last six months my husband and I achieved our dream that we have worked hard for in recent years.

But during our vacation last weeks I was so tired of working hard, chasing dreams, continuing even though I was up, that I needed some rest and just some time with our family, making memories and... raising 😅.. Don't set goals for a while, write down dreams, develop a vision.. I just rested and enjoy..

If you always have to be strong and successful for yourself and for others, there is nothing wrong with that, but don't forget to relax and live in the NOW sometimes. Enjoy and love each other NOW.. Time flies..

✨💪🏻Sometimes you meet people on your path who actively want to help you make your impossible dreams possible. Tessa was that for us!

Storytime:
When we had the first talks with the sellers, it quickly emerged that the Municipality would not cooperate in establishing our company in the building. Then we came into contact with the municipality, an alderman and Tessa. I think I received my most positive, nice email I have ever had from her when I sent her an extensive email about our company. When she came along with the alderman, there was an immediate click. We shared our hearts, about art, entrepreneurship, sustainability, making an impact in the region and much more.🤍💪🏻

After our special meeting, Tessa told about us in such a positive way in various areas and the impossible became possible: we received a permit for our business category🐑🌿💪🏻

She is an example for me of a Strong woman!✨

🤍My message: never give up, be real, have a good heart, make also others dreams possible!💪🏻

Storytime, part 3:

Our process went through a lot of ups and downs🎢🎢. I don't tell you the downs, only the good part!

Note: This story contains words of prophecy. This is used in the Christian faith to provide guidance and direction at important stages in your life. I find it very exciting / scary to share this, but I'm going to do it anyway.. I know there are people who don't understand this😉, that's okay😘

We had done a first viewing, we thought the location was fantastic but the location very dated. In fact, we wanted to continue our search immediately. We approached all brokers again, but no one had anything. We prayed about it and discussed it with @aart_len . The next morning we received a text from her, God had given her a word of wisdom (prophecy). She literally described the building, the surroundings, the house and everything about it. We were flabbergasted... We sent the brochure of the property: it was exactly what God had shown her!

That's why we continued with this location, we visualized how we were going to renovate, extend, grow and above all modernize it and what we could do with the private house...

When we went to look at the property with our financiers, God gave me the exact amount we had to offer. We made the offer, (which was quite a risk because they themselves had made an unreasonably high offer) they came back with a counteroffer... We did not accept that and stuck to the amount that God had spoken. After a while we were told that they had accepted our offer.

❌🎢After that there were a lot of setbacks and a lot of delays (almost 6 months).

🍾But we look at the positive: next week we will finally get the key and we can start refurbishing / renovating!🙌🏻🙌🏻
